Research on the Ecological Transition of Economic Law conducted within the TEDE framework pursues five main objectives:

Reviewing areas of economic law that are not yet aligned with the needs of the ecological transition

Promoting the integration of the ecological transition into the teaching of economic law

Bringing together a community of researchers at the intersection of economic law and environmental law
